Once upon a time there was a mighty lion in the jungle.He was very cruel and killed other animals for nothing. One day, all the animals of the jungle gathered and went to the lion.Thay said "O Master! Do not kill us without necessity Surely You need an animal daily to satisfy your hunger. Starting from today we promise to offer one amongst us to you every day". "Ok!" The lion agreed with them. An animal was sent to the merciless lion as his food daily.The other animals roamed about the jungle without any fear of being attackted by the lion. One day, Rabbit was chosen as a prey of the lion. The rabbit was very wise. Unwillingly, he was to become the lions food.He wanted to save his life from the lion at any cost. With an idea in mind he reached the lions den."Why are you so late?" said the lion to be rabbit. The rabbit humbly bowed before the lion and said to him another lion came across me on the way. The witless lion peedped into the well and saw his own reflection. But he took it for an other lion.He jumped into the well to attack the other lion and got drowned.
